Product Purchases: 

If you are not 100% fully satisfied with any product purchased, return the unused portion of the product for a no questions asked full refund.

Private Appointments and Workshop Bookings:

If you need to cancel your appointment or workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone, text or email. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client.  Set up, scheduling, preparation, staffing and catering costs cannot be recovered with little or no notice therefore the follow applies.

48 hours or more notice to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a credit to another workshop or full refund (less 2% transaction fees if paid by credit/debit card)

24-48 hours notice to cancel you will receive a 80% refund.

Failure to show up on the day of the event, you will NOT receive any refund or credit.
